please kindly ensure garments are clean before bringing for alteration
please bring the shoes you intend to wear with the outfit to the fitting
there is no charge for pinning clothes
clothes pinned by you will be altered exactly to the pins
garments will be briefly inspected for damage, wear and tear and noted for garment description/size in client’s presence prior to alteration work
cardboard labels may be removed from new garments to facilitate sewing
the instructions on the care label of a garment, where a new fabric has been added as part of the alteration, may no longer be relevant
we shall not be held responsible for any damage done to garments laundered by you after the alteration
we are under no obligation to provide an exact match for colour, quality or fabric type for items required for alteration
fabric sourced by us may be subject to availability
work is paid for on collection by cash or cheque
